The book Fauna and Water Regime in the Representations of High-Andean Shepherds in Huamanga reveals, from an ethnographic perspective, the relationship between fauna, sacred lagoons, and Quechua worldview, showing how they sustain the economic, ecological, and ritual life of the communities.
